Default LS/VTEC Cylinder Head Question

I just bought a B20 VTEC swap with a spun rod bearing. Now I prefer reliability over power so I would like to put a stock B18C1 Block back onto the P72 Cylinder head. Now Im not too familiar with LS-VTEC / B20 VTEC Conversions but I do understand that some "tapping" or modification is performed to both the cylinder head as well as the block and I was wondering what I would need to do to run an LS VTEC / B20 VTEC Cylinder head on a regular B18C1 Block problem free. Thanks.

Simply remove the oil plug from the head. Flip the head over and you will know what I'm talking about. Sorry I don't have a photo. If it was welded, just open the hole back up. Pretty simple
