LS/VTEC Tapped Head Question
I just bought a B20 VTEC swap with a spun rod bearing. Now I prefer reliability over power so I would like to put a stock B18C1 Block back onto the P72 Cylinder head. Now Im not too familiar with LS-VTEC / B20 VTEC Conversions but I do understand that some "tapping" or modification is performed to both the cylinder head as well as the block and I was wondering what I would need to do to run an LS VTEC / B20 VTEC Cylinder head on a regular B18C1 Block problem free. Thanks.

Re: LS/VTEC Tapped Head Question (Thateguhate)
u just retapped the oil feed on the head with the original allen screw. it's like a big one. the head isnt tapped itself only the block is because it needs to block off an extra oil feed internally. just take off the oil feed on the head and try to find an oem allen screw for the head.
i think i "worded" that right lol, someone else with more experience can chime in tho.
