Default ARP Head Studs... what is the right way to torque them?

My brother and I are changing the head gasket on a 90 Civic Si (stock D16A6) using ARPs for the head. Are you supposed to just use the stock torque amount and procedure? The instructions say 60 lb-ft, but the factory manual says 47 lb-ft... what's the right amt?
