Default Auto to Manual swap.... does the TCM wiring need to be modified?

I have a 98 Integra, I converted it to manual but I was wondering if there was anything that had to be done to the TCM (Transmission Control Module)?.... I looked at the wiring schematics for the TCM and there seems to be some crucial wires that go to the unit... give me some input guys!

the wiring for the reverse light is in there as well as the 2 big wires on the plug you will need to connect together.

I'm not talking about the part attached to the shifter... I'm talking about the ECU looking thing in the driver side kick panel
