Default Wheel bolt pattern change

Is there any way to change the bolt pattern on a civic to 4x114(4.5)? I got a set of 15x7 0offset wheels i want to use. I dont want to use wheel adapters cause it will make the wheels not even come close to fitting. It will be hard enuff to make them fit as it is if it was the correct pattern. haha. Any help would be great. Thanks
