It seems odd that you have no change when you pull the vacuum line off the FPR. Both my D16Z6 and B16A rev up a bit when I pull off the FPR vacuum line (FP increases too).

I would get a fuel pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge and do some tests!

anybody else have any insight? when we connected the iACV it idles really high at like 3.5k. The conversion from the 3 wire IACV to the 2 wire was done. what do you guys think about the fuel pressure regulator being faulty? cuz these problems just started happening, and also the IACV could be disabled in the hondata program right?

I had the same prob on my gsr swapped eg , the fuel pressure regulator was shot . It was dumping way to much fuel and running pig rich which caused the car to have a choppy idle and dump fuel out the pipe . I would definantly look into the fuel system .

what else do you think could be wrong, we replaced the FPR the other night, little to no change.
