Has anyone done a mod for your car that will alert you when your headlights are on? I've heard that you can get it with a JDM cluster [?]. I was just curious if there was a way to maybe wire a relay to trigger the beeper when your head lights are on and the door is open/key is out. =P

I have decent knowledge with wiring. I installed my own car alarm and read up on relays for fuel kill/ecu kill etc. I have an idea on how to wire it but I'm not entirely sure.

Pin 86 = ignition
Pin 85 = Beeper
Pin 30 = switch side input power
Pin 87a = light side output

That is what I had in mind. When the key is in it won't beep. If the key is out and lights are on the it will beep correct?

just go to radio hack get a pezo tweeter from there parts bins there about the size of a quarter and should be no more then $3
