im not aware of any mount kits that will allow you to use it, and i've never heard of anyone using it. so i'm gonna go out on a limb and say no. not without some major fab

the D17 is not very compatable with the other D series parts. if your asking can you use a D17 block and a D16 head the answer is no.

there is some modification requird to make it fit...

to the op, i don't how much fab work you would run to install it on your chassis but for the same amount of fab and some extra cash you could get you a nice k swap for sure..

otherwise just stick with a b/f/h swap and that's just my opinion

ive seen the swap and it put out really good numbers but there is a **** load of work you have to do. the block needs to be machined to fit. the pistons need to be machined for valve clearance. all the pulleys and gears on the side need to be changed alot of work.....

Head swap... nah.

If you were going to do anything you could steal the block internals from the d17 but than you'd have to tune the thing.
