Default need Help Removing Stuck Bolt...

I am trying to remove the top right bolt thats holding on my exhaust manifold heatsheild and its stuck. It will unscrew about 2 turns then gets stuck and doesnt budge. I would really like to not break it and be left with more problems.... What kind of stuff can i use to help it come out easier?

just about any auto parts store should have it. I think I usually buy mine at AutoZone though.

pb blast work great - spray it and let it sit for 15+ min then com back and try the bolt, if it doesn't move apply more and wait again. After 4-5 times spaying it look for other ideas.

Next I usually go with heat - with this bolt you really can't get to the back in order to heat it. You do not want to heat the head of the bolt because it will just strip.

Then you can always get a breaker bar going

And a last option is drill it out / grind the head off
