hey im having a problem with my 94 eg temp gauge. when the car is cold it will automatically go up to the half way point. once the car starts warming up it moves into the red zone. once it hits the top of the red zone the thermostat opens and then my fan comes on. I know the car is not overheating. Please let me know if you have any thougts.

 

Sounds like there is air in the line... you may have a small leak somewhere

 

no, no leaks im thinking it migt be a sensor but i don't know which one
