Default Tail light fuse/cluster fuse Keeps blowing

Ok so the fuse keeps poping ive taken apart the dash taken the whole dash harness off and replaced cuz a wire melted it to **** got a new harness and the fuse keeps blowing BUT i decided to try it with the harness completly un attached and it still blows i unpluged the tail lights and the FUSE still blows IM LOST WITHOUT DIRECTION LMAO cmoe on honda gurus help me out ^ ^ also idk if it helps but i saw a little somthing i thought might be a clu @_o my dome light fuse is also blown the car is a 96 acura integra and one more thing the headlights and everything else run with no problem at all a/c cluster stuff works but with no lights HELP ME OUT lol ^^

check to see if any of your tailight bulbs are blown for some reason this happen to me on my eg hatch too, but found the problem to be one my outside tailights bulbs blown

check red w/black stripe behind head unit make sure its not grounding out .... check horn wires up front see if the are fraid and grounding out also check dome light sometimes the plastic will melt and have a direct ground on roof....... these are to different circuits but could be causing all your problems

lance DC2 u know ur **** was red/blk wire i saw it was still melted up to the fuse box so i cut it and its working great now not sure were that wire was soposed to go but thx. . . . . now my turn signals arnt working lol >.<
