crank, usable or scrap it?
Is this crank usable (may need to be micropolished) or is it not usable and should be scrapped in favor of another?

rod journals dont look to good from the pics. did it spin a bearing? take it to the machine shop and get a real opinion not some guessing from pictures on the internet board.

The rod journals don't look good. It's hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like journals took some heat. non-VTEC gave you the best advice.
