i would like to know if i can boost it with stock internals and how much boost can i run?

Can you boost it with stock internals? Yes

How much boost can you run? Depends on a lot of stuff.

Is it gonna go BANG! ? Depends if it's tuned.....properly.

careful though a lot of people will tell you to be prepared when it blows, from the limited H series knowledge I have I wouldn't push more than 6 or 7 psi, depending on the turbo.

w/ your swap; what injectors did you use; ECU?
also did you use pwr steering and/or A/C??
