You can stop with the caps lock for starters.

Pull off your IACV and clean the screen out. Most common problem, but not always a fix.

As for the heat, could be a bunch of problems. But most likely you have a sticking thermostat. Easy and cheap replacement.

if cleaning your IACV doesn't fix it, take your fitv off and clean that as well and tighten down the little white screw in there.

and i dont think the caps offended SovXietday, it just annoys the fukc out of all of us here on H-T. Typing in caps wont make people respond faster, it might even make people not want to respond, and it's really not neccessary.

Just trying to help, GL

ON THE INTERNET, CAPS MEANS YOU ARE YELLING. YOU'LL HAVE TO EXCUSE ME IF I DON'T FIND THE NEED FOR YOU TO YELL IN ONE OF YOUR FIRST POSTS HERE.

ALSO, IF YOU WEREN'T PAYING ATTENTION, I DID HELP YOU.

Welcome to Honda-tech. I'd grow thicker skin if I were you.

Shouldn't be, sounds to me like you've got a $5 fix on your hands for both of your problems.

if that.

45-60 minutes of work if you've never touched a car before. no more (headache haha).

Yeah, well i ran into much bigger problems with my hatch now. Car isn't starting. Checked everything, and started throwing parts at it. New Distributor, Fuel Pump, Spark Plugs, Main Relay. NOTHING. I can't figure it out. I'm at the point where i'm going to check the timing, to see if its off. Any suggestions>>>??????

I need all the help i can get. And i've done some engine pulls, trans, and other misc car repairs, so i'm pretty good. (definately not a pro! lol)

check a few things and get back to us. pretty easy for any novice-intermediate mechanic.

is it turning over at all?
are you getting fuel/spark to all 4 cylinders?
you could've done something as silly as accidently pulling your starter wire out (ive done it a hundred times)

and check over all of your under-hood fuses

Hey guys!
Got her all fixed. It was actually a loose wire under the hood. My friend explained it to me. I believe it had to do with the vtec. But thanks for all the help.

GREATLY APPRECIATED!
