Well I spoke with my friends wife today directly and she was more specific on what happen. She drove through a puddle and it was up to the doors but she didn't just go to work and park it. She kept driving it for 5 days than on the following Monday the car did not want to start. I'm going to go take a better look at her car today with a power probe to test the fuses.

It could still be the ECU but since she kept driving it I'm going to re-check the main under the hood and check the fuses under the dash. She doesn't have the fuse cover for under the dash so I'm gonna have to pull them 1 at a time. It would be Great if someone could give me a diagram that I can print. (yes I looked for one in detail)

It also has a definite gas smell from trying to start it repeatedly so I'm going to pull the main and take out all the plugs to make sure its not flooded with gas.
