random idle surge. help!

Default random idle surge. help!

95 delsol jdm d15b swap p28 ecu

i checked everything, heres the list

IACV
map sensor
fast idle thermal valve
vaccuum leaks
brand new TB gasket
brand new intake mani gasket
no cels.


PLEASE HELP!

did you replace the IACV or just clean it?? if you replaced all of that stuff and checked for vacuum leaks, it may be an ecu problem
Edit: you didnt say anything about the TPS, did you forget to list it or did you forget to check it?

coolant level is also normal,

tps is fine, i swapped out the old IACV for a working one. just to test it i took it off my car and still surged, note: NO CEL's

i know i saw you have no CEL....possibly an ecu issue...i mean you covered all the basis as far as i know, maybe someone else can help a little more...sorry bro i dont know what else it could be
