Default High Idle after finishing b18 swap.

I swapped b18b1 engine on my 95 civic and for some reason it is iddling high. I cleaned IACV and replaced intake mani gasket. rechecked all connections. But still it idles at like almost 3k. I dont know what to do. I do have a chipped ecu with stock ls map. I changed to a different ecu it still idles high so its not ecu either. PLease help.

have you tried the idle adjusting screw? (on the TB)
