i just got new trunk dampers
no more broom stick in the trunk haha
but now im kinda gettin frustrated
the top of the damper sits on a ball pivot thing and i cant take it off
does anyone know how to take it off ? do i have to take it off completly and buy a diff
ball pivot thing or can i pry it off somehow?? dont wanna break it...
ANY HELP IS GREATLY APRECIATED

 

there should be a clip that holds the ball into the socket

Yup, i think you take it off with a Paperclip, that's how we installed my bro's NRG Hood Dampeners on his tC. Same thing....

 

oh no these are like the factory ones
these dont have the clip...the new ones i got do but old dont
the ones in there are like like stuck on there no clip no nothin
