Default need help with these ge headstuds!!!!!

i recently put these ge headstuds into my build and they fuken suckk..........i was planning to take them out but its a 2 piece headstud.........any1 got any suggestion about how to take them out without making the top nut loose ?

2 piece head stud, can you explain a little better ? Your saying the stud is 2 pieces.

Each stud I've ever seen has 3 pieces total if you want to talk that way. the stud, the nut & the washer.

I have GE studs here for a B18C (GSR) they have 3 pieces.

I like to remove the studs before I remove the head. To me it makes it much easier to get the head off. I even like putting the head on then put the studs in. May be I'm just weird, yea I'm sure that's it.
