Ok, this might sound like a pretty stupid *** question, mainly cuz it is, but how the hell do i know what setting the Tein's are at???? There is no positive/negative mark, do i turn it one way, until it stops and see if its stiff or soft, then work from there??? Man i feel like a stupid moron asking this, but hey its better to ask and look stupid, rather then just looking stupid when the shocks blow (i think)lol...HELPPPPPPPPPPP
turn in one way (counter clockwise i *think*) until it stops......it will either be full stiff or full soft, drive around a bit and you will instantly know which one it is. go from there. after messing with mine a lot, i still dont know which way is which when turning the ****, but if you turn it one way, there is resistance, which is the shock getting stiff, the other direction is a lot easier, the shock is getting softer. hope this helps

i tried the same thing, you turn it one way, it gets stiff while turning, and the other way it gets loose. I guess that holds true for the setting...ay rob..check your PM really quick..I NEED YOUR HELP..lol

FULL COUNTERCLOCKWISE si full soft. Tos test this go full counterclockwise and bounce on the front of the car. Make 16 turns and bound. THat should be full stiff. You shou8ld notice a big difference.
full counter clockwise is full soft and turning it clocwise will stiffen up to 16 clicks.
