is there suppose to be a retaining clip on the lower ball joint? im not talking about the metal ring that holds the dust boot on. i have a set of front gsr spindles with bad ball joints and i bought brand oem ball joints and that retaining clip isnt included and its not on the old ball joints? the clip i am talking about is #17 it didnt come with my packaged ball joints and it doesnt allow you to buy seperatly any ideas?

from factory I beleive they came with a clip, or they have aftermarket ones in there now..

I did the ball joint on my teg couple months ago and the new honda one didnt have a clip with it nor was there a place to put it..

it will be fine with no clip
