Default Hesitation/stumble at constant speed

When driving at a constant speed it just kinda boggs down. My RPMs don't change, no CEL, can't figure it out. I've changed all sensors, distributor, intake, TB, head gasket, timing belt, injectors, resistor box, fuel filter, fuel pump, the engine harness, and added MSD.

check your tps. if you have a bad contact on the potentiometer it will make the car stumble. also check timing too

Already did that even replaced the throttle body. Had a shop here look at it and paid them for three hours of diagnostic time and they couldn't even tell me anything.

in some situations if the charcoal canister is removed, it can develop that kind of problem. is your charcoal canister intact?

I was told its your low speed fuel cut. My car does this as well. I hear its something that really never stops you just get used to it

Yeah, I don't know bout all that. Cause mine doesn't just do it at low speeds, sometimes it'll do it when I take off, sometimes driving 35-40 around town, or 60-80 down the hwy, hell it even does it every now and then at idle.

If you have your 2 O2 sensors wired backwards it wont throw a code and will have pretty similar symptoms to what you describe. This is probably the number one problem in first gen B16 swaps because the SI harness plugs into the WRONG O2 sensor.
