Default Automatic swap ls into ex

My wife has a 00 civic ex automatic. For certian reasons she can't drive a standard tranny (she can't learn we've tried) The car is very slow, to the point it's not safe on the road almost. Passing takes forever and it won't take off from a stop at a reaonable amount of speed. Since I drive the car alot and after a recent trip to florida we decided to do something about it.

First choice would be a 96-01 Integra Ls swap since the increase in TQ would help the lighter car out quite a bit. My question is, is this swap a straight bolt in affair? Engine, tranny, ecu, axles should be it? Harness should plug in and work correct? I just want this to be as simple as possible so we can have a reliable car with decent power.

The second choice was a greddy turbo kit. I just don't know about that, the strain on the little engine and auto tranny might not be very reliable plus I should be able to find a complete auto ls swap for roughly the price of a turbo kit. And later if she got the speed bug even more she could turbo the ls engine and have a better platform to work from.

Any ideas? I would love to sell it and buy a 5 speed or even a auto teg but she's stuck with this car for now. Thanks!
