Default Bought clutch on e-bay, seems to be 01-05 civic clutch

What a shitty deal, bought a clutch on e-bay from gripforce-clutches. I was in a hurry for it. I was told 5 days. It came a week late. FINE, but now I just checked out the part numbers before going to the shop and it looks as though the part numbers are for an 01 civic, when i told the guy a few times 2000 CX. This is so weak....Any1 deal with those guys before? Now I havent dealt with honda stuff in a LONG LONG time, but if I remember correctly an 01-05 civic clutch wont fit a 2000 am I right?

I had the same problem buying an Exedy clutch off EBay. From the quick research I did it sounds like the 01-05 clutch will also work on 92-00 but not the other way around. I did install it (on a 93) and it worked fine. The disc diameter and everything is the same.

I got my clutch from them and had no problems. actully I ordered a stage2 clutch and they ran out so they gave me the stage3 one for no extra money so I couldnt complain. just the pressure plate was still a stage2 cause it dosent have the massive load or small fingers. but I looked at the auction and it says on there that it not only fits the 01-05 but also 92-00

Just a heads up because this came up near the top in google searches

D17 pressure plates/clutch discs are backwards compatible to 1990 with all D series engines. The throw out bearing might not be but the pressure plate and fiction discs are.
