Default 97 GSR to 94 civic si help?

Hey I need help and will apreciate if anybody can answer any of my questions or give me any iformation?
Well here it goes I have a 1994 si with a D16z6 but I would like to replace with a GSR engine from a 97 integra that was in an rear ended real bad and will not be able to fix but engine and front is in tact.
My questions are
1. What wierharness do I use because the GSR is an OBD2?
2. What axels, shift linkage and motor mounts do I use, the civic's or GSR's?
3. Will I have to rewire the wireharness?

1. You can use the stock GSR harness
2. Integra axles, linkage, and motor mounts
3. You will need to wire in the knock sensor and IAB from the strut tower to the ECU.
