HOW TO PICK MOTOR UP

In my project 99 ex, what are good points for picking the motor up at. I'm taking the blown d16 out. It also be handy to know when I put the new bseries in too!

i use a hook on the tranny and use 14mm bolt on the back of the head by the cam gears
