Default Can't get cam gears off. HELP!

I feel like I've tried everything, but to no avail. I've wedged stuff in between the gears, put the timing belt back on and tried it that way. Does anyone have any advice or tips?

Is it the gear or the bolt? You can try to spray some lube between the cam/key and the gear. If its the bolt use an impact.

Thanks for the replies, but I ended up just taking them out with my cams since I don't see why they need to come out separately for what I'm doing.

Also, I really don't want to start a new thread about it, but any tips on getting the head bolts out? This is the first time taking the head off and they are being a PIA.

The only thing to remember is to remove in sequence so as to prevent warpage. Outside in... Use a breaker bar to break those stubborn bolts loose.

Again, thanks for the replies. I ended up using a breaker bar and everything came out just fine. Now PLEASE help me figure out what could be wrong with my car based on this thread. I am stumped!!
