going crazy: CDN OBD2->0BD1 LSVTEC integra with erratic idle after warm-up throwing code 20, ELD
Hey guys, i haven't had a problem with my 99 lsvtec integra for the past 4 years and I have now suffered with an erratic idle for the past few months. Since cdn cars don't have an eld (as far as i know) it seems random that this code would be thrown. additionally code 43 is also sometimes coming up as well. the codes are only thrown when the car is first driven every morning after about 5 mins of driving and the car starts warming up. car idle fluctuates between 500 and 1000 rpm, sometimes it will steady itself after a blip of the throttle, other times it just keeps jumping around.
car is running a tuned p28 chip, and has never had this problem until recently. a bunch of other things have been checked for idle problems, iacv, map, tps, changed plugs, refreshed grounds, alternator belt was shredded for some reason (i thought for sure this was the problem) and after putting on a new one still no change.
Running out of ideas, any help would be great!!!!

there is no eld on canadian model integras. i did try replacing the fusebox before i found this out and a new fuse box didn't make a difference. anyone have ideas, especially since the car ran for the past few years without any eld problems.....
