Okay so here is the mod list...
H22A wiseco 11.5:1 pistons
Eagle rods
ACL bearings
Arp studs
cometic gasket
Stock JDM cams, springs, retainers
Ferrea SS valves
Garret 60 trim T3/4
Hondata S300
110 octane
Made 488whp/380tq 19psi
That is the main components. I will be upgrading the springs/retainers along with the cams. I need to know what cams would be best? What lift, duration, etc
Thanks for all the help!

I would suggest type-s prelude cams if you want to stay OEM but, I really think the Skunk2 tuner stage 1 cams would be great for a mid-high end gain with the compression and power you're planning on. I personally don't have h22 experience, but from dyno's I've seen and recommendations from great tuners such as Jeff Evans, I think the tuner 1's would be a great upgrade. Good luck man.

What car do you have this in?!

The information I heard was that for turbo H22s, the best cams were stock. The S series would yield a few more horses. You might also try aftermarket throttle bodies, intakes (Golden Eagle, Edelbrock Victor X) or another lb. of boost.
Tony1 decided to try out some pro 1 cams on his built turbo integra and picked up somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 hp on a b series. This was dyno proven and made more power at a lower boost level. So it would be interesting to see if an h22 could make similar numbers. You should do some searching and ask some people who actually have real experience with running bigger cams on boosted motors.
The information I got about using stock cams on H22s was from builders/racers when I was building my H22. No one who built/raced H22s said that a better aftermarket cam had been developed for the H. B types and others have much better cam profile development in aftermarket cams.
92 hatch, built H22, 510 whp, 389wtq, 19 psi, Mustang Dyno, GT35, stock cam (not S type)

The motor is in my 94 Eg. Ive heard the type s is good also. I can't run really anymore boost. Im on a high compression motor and I peaked out my little turbo.
you dont need to change from stock cams until you get in the range of 700whp, the stock head, cams are excellent until about that point. Look more to your turbo limitations and other limitations in your set up !!!!

Money spent on a turbo upgrade (and saved on a cam upgrade) would make soooo much more sense.
Throw in a set of JDM cams if you ever stumble upon a deal but dont go out of your way to mess with cams with a measly 500whp.
..IMO.
