LS/VTEC HELP NEEDED!!!!

LS/VTEC HELP NEEDED!!!!
ok so i just swapped in my motor about 2 nights ago, i got a golden eagle ls vtec kit, got everythign hooked up
its a brand new bottom end, with a b16 head with about 30k miles on it
i start the car and it cranks right up, i let sit for about 2 seconds and go look under the hood to see if everything is working properly....well i started seeing oil pouring out everywhere, foundout it was coming from my golden ealge sandwich plate, tought the seal could be on worng so i took it out today and put some rtv and tried again.
its doing the same thing. anyone ever had a problem like this?
it seems like something is blocked and oil is pumping into the oil filter and sandwich plate and not going through the line, could that be why all the oil is dripping out from there???
help?
