Ok guys.. I have a 93 Civic HB, im converting to Manual.. ok I have the money for a b16a2 engine... but I'm thinking thats to much to spend on a motor.. Whats a good swap? if you wanted to spend the least amount? hhaha Im a cheapass!

Go With the b16a2 (JDM Hydro) Thats what I have in my car and it pulls great !! the red line is some where above 8500 and when the vtec kickes in .... mmmm Well lets keep this clean !!! I pull agenst eclipse's and other civic's all day even 99,00 si's .... You wont be up set with that engine plus due to the popularity of the engine (all b's) there is an unlimited number of after market products !!! I love my b16 the only thin i would traid it for would be b16b or b16c5 or maybe a K20 but I dont know how to get it in there !!!!

 

How much is too much for you? A B16A2 swap runs $2000-$2500. If your gonna be a real cheap a$$ get a D16Z6 swap, round $700-$900.
