Default differences of JDM and USDM front ends on an EF?

Ok so besides the JDM bumper having the better looking (IMO)wrap around front signals and the fenders having sidemarkers, what are the real differences between the two as far as what is required to make the JDM unit fit and work properly on the usdm car?

Do I really need a JDM hood and fenders, and headlights? basically I really only want the JDM bumper and whatever else may be absolutely neccesary to fit right but don't want the whole conversion if I can help it. I've never been too big of a fan of sidemarkers and regret putting them on my current car(del sol) just takes away from the cleanness of the car IMO, plus I've heard the fenders are identical with the exception of the sidemarkers.

thanks for the article on how to install it

but it doesn't cover if the hood and fenders are absolutely needed I've heard many different things and would like to know what is absolutely necesary to get the front bumper to look decent.

so are the headlights physically different on the outside or is it just the 9005/9006 vs. H4H inside the actual headlights? or is it the T bar that relocates the headlights?

sorry for all the possibly stupid questions but, when I searched I got lots of "how to" type threads and then a few amusing I wanna do an RSX/S15/other absurd looking front end conversion LOL

they are actually slightly bigger. someone posted a picture of a jdm hood on a us front. there were decent sized gaps because the us spec lights are smaller.

ok so it's looking like bumper, T bar, headlights and hood (was really hoping to only get away with needing a T bar and bumper LOL)

are the fenders different at all?(besides the different moldings and sidemarker cut outs)

you could always just get the bumper and put it on. will need some slight modding or you get a gap between the bumper and filler. link to thread with pics... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1892283
