lower tranny/engine mounts interchangeable?

lower tranny/engine mounts interchangeable?
the mounts look nearly identical other than an arrow pointing to the front. anyone know if they can be interchanged with each other?

you can use the passenger on the driver but not the drivers on the passenger
if you look at both the passenger is the beefier of the 2 anyways, the only modifications necessary are to use washers to space it out inbetween them
