1997 overheated and fan still runs after engine off

1997 overheated and fan still runs after engine off

I need to have the cooling system and radiator checked, but is it safe to drive 15 miles? that is where my mechanic is and I don't want to ruin the engine.
please help?!

15 miles is pretty deep. Probably a leak in the radiator. If you have to move the car, I suggest getting a tow or even go a bit at a time should be fine..

Damn dude you are in butler, not too far away from me. As for the issue your are having you say the car overheated. When you drive does they Temperature Gauge go to H (HOT). Are you leaking any fluids. Any CEL (Check Engine Lights) Did you run the code? You can go to Autozone and they can do it for free. Since you are a trial user make sure your post is long and as descriptive as possible.
