p72 reading a obd0 dizzy

can a p72 ecu read a obd0 dizzy?
is the obd1 p72 ecu able to read a obd0 b16 dizzy? my p72 dizzy went out and i have a spare obd0 dizzy from before my obd1 conversion. i was wondering if after i change the plugs on the dizzy, will it work with the ecu?
