Default brake master cylinders & brake boosters interchangeable?

I have 94' GSR and I need a new brake master cylinder, will the one I have from my 99'GSR Shell work with the 94" Booster? The reason I ask is because I noticed 94-97 Integras use a different type of ABS brake setup then the 98-01's so i want to make sure it works. Thanks alot.

It won't work with your 94-97 brake lines.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking about ditching the ABS anyways. So would it work if I used the 99' GSR Master Cylinder and purchased all new OEM front brake lines from a 98' RS and use the 98' RS proportioning valve??
