CRAZY idle

CRAZY idle
This for my buddy without the net. He has a 91 teg RS 1.8.
Car starts but the idle bounces high, then low and back-n-forth.
Could someone help him out with what to look at?
I'm fairly new to Honda's too, so I can only help so much.
Seems like it's something pretty simple....
