i am looking at the helms repair manual and it is telling me that there is a cel code "0".....faultie ecu
how is this code shown on the chk engine light?

the car is a 92 civic hatch (vx?? somebody removed the badge) with a d15z1-p07 ecu.

i followed the instructions, but when i turn on the key the chk engine light stays on solid no flashes at all.

the chk engine light only comes on if you rev the engine or drive the car.

one other question....
if the ecu is bad can i replace the p07 with a p06?
