title says it all but i just wanted to know how much i can boost with my Sohc ZC till i blow my head gasket or my block... i was thinking of boosting 12 or that might be to much?... this is my first car im going turbo os i need help and what i kind of fuel injectors i need too for max performance with the turbo

12 psi for what turbo?

 

Buy a high quality $500 Ebay kit, throw it on.. try to get 20psi and call it a day.. no need to tune either!
