Default Oil Leaks / Oil waste and Blue Smoke

I got a honda civic. d15b7. I am having some problems. The car was parked for about a year, the motor is also high mileage but it used to run good, the previous owner used to beat on this motor like a b!!*%*$ maybe that's why its doing this but anyways. The car is leaking oil through the valve cover and where the head gasket goes. Replaced valve cover seals and head gasket still does the same. Car is also leaking water from where the radiator hose is connected to in the head. And last but not least is throwing out blue smoke by the exhaust. I just had a brand new catalytic converter installed also so idk what is wrong with it. As of for the head, im just throwing a new head into the car, but as of for the blue smoke and burning oil as it wastes oil like crazy i dont know what to do, any ideas ?
