Default cel code 4???

So I have a 90' Teg, that I converted to obd1 when I went boost. The cel came on a few days ago, and wont rev past about 4k. I checked the codes on my p28 and code 4 is coming up, which is the crank position sensor. Obviously I dont have crank position sensor, so im thinking maybe the distributor or a problem with the distributor conversion harness but really dont have a clue besides that. Any advice?

CPS is located in the distributor.

the coil to the sensor should read 350-700ohms according to the Helm.
CPS is ECU pins B15 and B16.
I'd list wire colors but I'm not sure on your conversion harness.
I think OBD0 distributor is white and orange wires.
OBD1 distributor is blue/yellow and blue/green
