broken and striped bolt PLEASE HELP! NEED CAR FOR WORK!!!

i have a 97 civic dx with a broken bolt in one of the cam caps(holder) and strip on another one. i have a spare civic ex cylinder head and was wondering if it uses the same cam caps. they look the same but not sure. please help.

I'll take a shot here and say yes they should be the same.
