Is it posable?? I have a boosted gsr and don't want to tune unless it is either out or if i completely buy a different intake mani because wont not using the butterfly valve make it hard to tune and restrict alot of power??
If i can take it out how easy is it?? Is it worth it??

You have a boosted GS-R but don't want to get it tuned.
Stop being such a cheap@$$ and get it tuned properly. Anything else you do is probably going to be crap without a proper tune.
Along with having a car that wasn't forced induction from the factory comes the need to do things differently than if it were still N/A. Get it properly tuned and dialed in and you'll be much better off.

I think you should read the post, He wants to tune it but he won't unless he gets a new manifold or can remove the butterflies from the stock one. So he wants to know if it is easy to remove the butterflies cause if it's not, he will just go out and buy one then tune......

Or perhaps you should read the post
He's also asking if using the IAB will make it hard to tune or not. And then if so, can he just take them out.
OP I'm sure there are people who run turbo B18C's with the dual runner intake manifold. But many people opt to run a single-runner mani like the Skunk2 or other brands. Of course when doing that, you'll need to run a different ECU.

OP, if you disconnect the IAB solenoid, the butterfly valves will always be open. If you absolutely want to remove them, you can. See the following diagram.

You can unscrew the buttlerfly plates from their attachment bar. IMO, it is not worth the effort.
