Ohm meter.

around 3 ohms for peak hold (low impedence injectors)

over 10 ohms for saturated (high impence injectors).

is there an easyer way? what would happen if you put the peak hold injectors in without a resister box?

the ohm test is the best way, if you are too lazy you can call up rc engineering and ask them what type you have. (310) 320-2277, located in cali

LMAO. You really should have a multimeter in your toolbox for anything more complicated than changing your oil. If you can't put the probes on the two pins of the injector and measure the resistance... well, you can always just plug them in and start the car. If they're peak/hold, you'll see a little puff of smoke from your ECU. That should make it really clear.
