Ohm meter.
around 3 ohms for peak hold (low impedence injectors)
over 10 ohms for saturated (high impence injectors).
around 3 ohms for peak hold (low impedence injectors)
over 10 ohms for saturated (high impence injectors).

is there an easyer way? what would happen if you put the peak hold injectors in without a resister box?

the ohm test is the best way, if you are too lazy you can call up rc engineering and ask them what type you have. (310) 320-2277, located in cali
