Default brand new competiton stage 4 clutch and flywheel

i have a boosted b18a/cable tranny in my del sol. It drove fine shifted fine ,but i took it to jeff to tune my engine, clutch would hold the power im making. I bought a competition stage 4 clutch and flywheel. i removed toasted clutch and flywheel replaced w/ new kit pilot bearing, though out bearing, pressure plate, 6 puck sprung flywheel now it not disengaging. i have the hasport hydrolic to cable kit that is adjusted to work, it moves the arm all the way up and down. but it wound disengage. if i start the car in first the tires spin in the air, push in the clutch and brake car stalls. i have had it in and out 3 times today. my brother is a Honda motorcycle mechanic and his friend is a transmission guy. the clutch seems to be installed properly, but it looks like the throughout bearing has too much play in it there is a metal offset/ring on the onside that has the hooks on it. and looks like that should be on the other side and it would help. they seem to think that the through out bearing isn't pushing on the pressure plates, but i have no clue any ideas, anybody run into anything similar???? any and all help will be greatly appreciated

the clutch disc cant go in backwards because if the springs on one side it would hit the flywheel right and make a **** load of noise i may be wrong ill double check it tomm
