This is so open ended. You should first determine what you want to do with your car and then do the appropriate reading to determine how to get there. Then you can ask educated questions.

Handle more power?

Why not get that block sleeved, drop the SC and slap a big old turbo on it.

Flywheels dont handle the power, they help produce it.

Upgrade the internals on the block and you can handle more power.

Bolt ons just help free up the power that is already there.

So you have a SC I imagine that you would be upgrading the pulley to a higher PSI.

I dont know about Honda SC, but I have more info on Toyota SC's.

There isnt much potential dollar for dollar on SC vs Turbos.

You want more power go turbo.

As acid said, there really is a much lower threshold as to how much power you can make with the JRSC, mainly due to the fact that it creats so much heat directly before the engine, so you can only tune so much for it. To make the most power from it, building the block the same as you would for a turbo setup will help, then so far as the SC, sending it off to get worked over by Endyn, and getting custom pulleys to make and hold more boost. Putting in a lightweight flywheel and better clutch will help get the power to the ground, and maybe an lsd in the tranny, different FD in the tranny, better axles. Also you need to have suspension and braking up to the task of controlling the power and car on the road or track.

A member on my local forum has taken the JRSC H22 about as far as it can go, and can probably answer any questions you may have. The forum is coprelude.net, and user is Geramy.

Have you considered investing in a decent suspension setup? If everything is stock currently it would be worth doing next.

Another thing you could do is put some money into making sure general maintenance is kept up with, depending on where it's at right now.
