Default Car will not move with clutch pedal depressed

hello everyone, i have a 99 Si,
Car was making a knocking noise, 'clunk clunk' noise.

Now it will not move in gear... If i rev it up and dump the clutch it will move and jerk off and stop.

With the pedal depressed, it will not roll back or forward.
Tranny Gurus, Your input please.

It could be a lot of things. Could be something as simple as one of the springs on the clutch broke off. Could be that one of the shafts in the transmission broke, or one of the gears lost a tooth that's lodged somewhere keeping it from moving...

The only way to tell for sure is to pull the transmission. But like the other guy said, the trans is probably done.

i put the right wheel in the air, put car in 1st and it makes the horrible noise.

If i put it in neutral with the wheel in the air, no noise.
what you think
