does anyone know the gear ratios in the b series cable trannys?..

really wanting to know which is best for gsr turbo, ys1, y1, or s1?

 

this a track car only? if it's street driven, you may wanna consider the LS tranny because you are going to making mucho power, and revving high on the highway.

there's a damn web page that has all the gearing for b series trannies, I can't find it on hybrid honda (they have the y1, thats it). Anyone got the link for him?

I have to agree with an ls trans. All the ones listed are very high end rev. (8grand)

An LS is for tourqe. Good for turbos.

 

this is for a daily driven car... whats the tranny code for the LS tranny?

Hi... Im the one Zit was asking about for the tranny. If I went with the cable LS tranny, will a ITR LSD work in it. Im sick and tired of not having a LSD, but dont want to drop 800 on a quaife.

close gear ratios and turbos don't mix , the amount of time to boost the better. LS tans being good, if you want to go shorter go for GSR but don't go any shorter than that.

 

I know that. What I really need to know now is if I go with the Cable LS tranny, will a ITR LSD work in it? I dont know wether it matters that it came out of a hydro tranny or not.
