r1 racing shift light?

r1 racing shift light?
So i picked one up for free. Mounted the actualy shift light up top and hid the ugly tach under the dash.
I dont know how to use it and if somone with the same one can help me id like it alot.
It has 2 buttons one is set and the other is function..
I can set the rpm but it has two of them.
One says xxxxN
Other is xxxxO
I need to know which one is on and off.
It also has some other features which i dont know what they mean.
I tried to search the whole net and came up empty.
